Each kit contains the following:

Tank
5052 Aluminum Alloy with integral internal heat exchanger, HIH and fuel pick-up and return fittings, fuel level sender and internal baffle.

Some systems do not come with a tank, for those systems a tank may be slected from those we offer or arrangements can be made for us to construct a custom in-tank heat exchanger for the tank you choose. The heat exchanger requires 2.5" of clearance above the tank in an 8" area for the head of the heat exchanger, the mounting will be a 6" hole with an 8" bolt pattern around it and the heat exchanger must reach to the tank bottom directly below this mounting hole. We do not make in-tank exchangers longer than 18".

2 Three-port valves
Solenoid style valves - Default to diesel

Some systems utilize a single valve on the reutrn side and the feed is controlled using check valves and electric pumps, others utilize 3 valves and run a controlled loop return.

HIH heated "Frybrid Line" and fittings
3/4" Coolant line with internal 3/8" 3000 series Aircraft aluminum alloy fuel line, mates with tank fittings to heat both the fuel lines and the tank. Engine compartment fittings and heater line "T"s to tap into vehicles system.

Heated fuel filter
The Frybrid Heated Fuel Filter - coolant heat exchanger or the Frybrid electrically heated filter.

Microprocessor
Controls SVO fuel system auto-switchover, auto-purge cycle, indicators and warnings.

Indicator lights & buzzer
3 indicator lights (Diesel, SVO and Purge) & warning buzzer.

Purge and override switch
Push button purge switch, Aircraft style override switch.

Electrical connectors
An assortment of electrical connectors and an in-line fuse - all you need

Coolant heat exchanger
Frybrid Flat Plate final fuel heat exchanger.

Thread sealant
High temp liquid thread sealant insures ease of assembly and leak proof unions.

Fuel dye and fuel viewing window
Dyes fuel dark blue and allows you to see which fuel is passing through the return valve and when. For setting up the auto-purge.

Installation Manual
Complete illustrated instllation manual with simple step by step instructions for installing, priming, testing and set-up of the Frybrid system. In addition all customers recieve telephone and email support if required.
